Grant is a water quality specialist who works with clients to help provide solutions that work for them and the environment. Since beginning his consulting career in 2007, Grant has worked with clients in the mining, natural resources, power generation and government sectors, overseeing and reviewing their environmental performance and compliance with relevant consents, and providing strategic technical advice.

Mark Delaney

Mark is an ecologist with more than 15 years experience. Mark has a proven track record of developing and conducting ecological monitoring programmes which meet specific objectives within defined timeframes. His work involves biological sample collection and processing, stream ecological valuations (SEV) assessments, native freshwater fish surveys, and writing freshwater and terrestrial assessment of effects reports.

Annabelle has more than 10 years experience as a consulting ecologist and environmental scientist. She has worked across many aspects of ecology and environmental science, with a particular emphasis on freshwater and estuarine areas. Annabelle has undertaken various monitoring and research projects requiring replication of existing methods and use of published field protocols. She is an experienced field scientist and has completed many field-based projects across the ecological and environmental science disciplines.

Amanda is an environmental scientist with experience in the water treatment industry and the environmental sector. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Materials Engineering (Hons), which she has applied across many aspects of the environmental field. Amanda’s expertise includes environmental impact assessments and compliance, water quality monitoring, and environmental and stormwater management plans. Amanda enjoys providing innovative solutions for her clients that are beneficial for them and the environment.

Brittany Pearce

Brittany is an ecologist who is enthusiastic about protecting New Zealand’s unique ecology and species while finding practical outcomes for clients. Her work primarily involves assessing freshwater and terrestrial ecological effects, vegetation and habitat assessments, stream and wetland assessments, revegetation planting projects and weed/pest management. She also has experience in invertebrate identification and curation. Her passion for ecology extends outside of the workplace, where she is an active member of the Auckland Botanical Society and volunteers for Restore Hibiscus & Bays.

She has worked mainly in the freshwater field. Angela’s experience includes environmental and

subdivision consent applications, environmental monitoring and risk management, and regional and
district policy development.

Hannah is an environmental scientist with experience in technical assessments and reporting from design through to construction on infrastructure projects in the defence, transport, education, power distribution, and local government sectors. Her expertise includes leading contaminated land field investigations and reporting, undertaking environmental impact assessments and resource consent compliance monitoring, and contaminated land due diligence for commercial/industrial sites.

Hannah is an Infrastructure Sustainability Accredited Professional (ISAP) through the Infrastructure Sustainability Council (ISC). She is committed to provide sustainable environmental and social outcomes for her clients.
